I am starting to recover from the work out last Friday just in time for me to go back to work tomorrow. I'm dreading it a bit but it was going to happen at some point. I am hoping to go back calmer so that the chest pain doesn't come back again or as bad as well as getting down to some serious work to get things done.

I finally finished the ornament for the class at Hoops and Needles on Tuesday night.
